		<description>I took DHA with both pregnancies to promote brain development.  With my son, I had to buy it every few weeks at GNC (back in 2002/2003).  By the time I was pregnant with my daughter, the pharm companies were including in a few of the prenatal vitamins, which I thought was really great.  I had no idea it helped lower the risk for postpartum depression, that is wonderful.  From my own experience, it did not reduce my son's risk to food allergies quite enough (he has a tree nut allergy), but perhaps his allergies would have been worse otherwise...</description>
