		<description>Making your own popcorn the old fashioned way is super easy too. I avoid microwaves. Here is my easy recipe:

Place 1 T coconut oil in a heavy bottomed saucepan
Place 3 popcorn kernels in the pan, and cover.
Heat the pan on medium heat, and when ONE of the kernels pops, add 1/3 cup kernels. Gently move the pan back and forth to coat kernels with oil. Allow kernels to pop then salt and butter. Voila!</description>
